Now in its third year, Dr. Fuller’s Mathematical World is a growing library of over 50 educational videos designed to build algebra readiness and skill from grades 4 through 9. Each animated video explores key math concepts using real-world scenarios, designed to support diverse learners.
With hundreds of problems and hours of high-quality content, these resources are ideal for classroom integration. Scripts, complete solutions, lesson plans, educator guides, and other resources are available for each animation.
Best Practices
Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles such as subtitles and a written script made freely available, consistent attention cuing sounds, critical ideas presented in audio and verbal formats, and attention to cognitive load are just a few elements designed to help all math learners.
Standards Aligned
Before I begin creating a video, I start with the standards. While each video includes the specific Mathematics Georgia Standards of Excellence, our state standards are most likely very similar to yours! Most videos target one or two standards with instruction and problems aligning.
Real-World Problems
While applications are included in the instructional components of each video, the main focus is the real-world application math problems at the end of each video. I research and conduct interviews to create problems reflecting the mathematics in today's jobs and careers.
Interactive Multimedia
Every video is created as interactive multimedia, meaning that you should pause the video, ask questions, and interject observations. Three cuing sounds consistently indicate a definition, an important idea, and a problem. Pausing the videos at these and other points allows you to ensure students are learning!

Beyond just the videos, I provide additional resources to help make teaching easier with my interactive multimedia! Why? Not only do I want math teachers to have access to quality materials, but I also want you to use them with your students! What good are quality materials if you cannot afford them or find them difficult to use?
